Project Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to manage development teams working on a variety of web-based projects to support our partners and clients in the sphere of social, emotional, and behavioral health.

At 3C you will have the opportunity to accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.

Job Requirements

  • Work with CEO/Business Development team and Production teams (Web Development, Editorial, Design, and Research) to scope prospective new projects and change orders
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal project team members and external clients and partners. This includes maintaining and sharing project documentation (e.g. action items, decisions etc.)
  • Schedule and lead regular internal and external project meetings and serve as main point of contact
  • Identify ongoing project needs and issues and work to resolve them with others as needed
  • Communicate with 3C team directors and CEO in order to navigate project challenges and to coordinate any budgetary and personnel needs
  • Develop, monitor, and ensure adherence to timeline, deliverable milestones and end goal(s) for the project from a high level


  • Excellent communication, cooperation, and compromise skills
  • Able to effectively plan and organize and document, in a structured manner
  • High emotional literacy
  • Basic familiarity with typical web development project processes
  • Able to maintain a relaxed presence though the ups and downs of an extended software development process
  • Able to balance managing details (timelines, action items) with seeing the forest for the trees (how the project fits into 3C’s broader mission and goals)
  • Able to balance project priorities (e.g., timeline, needs of project, innovation)
  • Effective at liaising with and managing external clients

Employment Type:  Full-Time On-Site Employee, with limited work-at-home schedule possible and contingent   

Degree Requirements:  4 year degree
