Seeking Parents and Children 8-12 for Social Skills Group Training

 

3-C Institute for Social Development is offering FREE parent training and social skills groups through a research study funded by the National Institutes of Health.


Parents will learn to:

  • Effectively work with their children on social skill development
  • Help their children cope with social issues

 

Children will learn to:

  • Develop positive relationships with peers and parents
  • Build coping skills for dealing with bullying, teasing, and peer pressure
  • Build self-confidence, responsibility, and self-discipline
