Brief Biography:
Dr. Marc Atkins is a professor of psychology and psychiatry and director of psychology training in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He also serves as director of research at the Institute for Juvenile Research, which provides advanced clinical and intervention/prevention training for researchers. He has had a long-standing interest in the development of effective mental health services for children and families living in low-income communities.
