Call for 8-12 Year Olds and Mental Health Professionals to Evaluate S.S.GRIN ISTS

SSGRIN ISTS, a project developing an interactive, computer-based social skills training system, is currently entering the feasibility testing portion of the project.

We are currently recruiting youth ages 8-12 and their parents to evaluate the computer based program. Focus groups will be held on August 23rd and 24th at 3-C Institute for Social Development in Cary, NC. Participating families will receive a $50 gift card for their time.

We are also currently recruiting both school and community based mental health professionals to evaluate the SSGRIN-ISTS program. Mental health professionals who choose to participate will be mailed the prototype of the SSGRIN-ISTS program and asked to complete an online evaluation of the product. Participating mental health professionals will receive a $100 gift card for their time.
